Heffernan Insurance Brokers selected Guidewire‘s HazardHub to provide comprehensive property and casualty risk data in order to better tailor insurance coverages for its customers and grow its business.

Arity announced a partnership with CSAA Insurance Group that will leverage the Arity IQ network, a solution offering use of driving behavior data to quote personal auto insurance policies. Arity’s unparalleled driving behavior dataset allows companies to competitively quote drivers while improving loss ratios across their entire book of business. At the same time, consumers gain greater transparency and control when purchasing an auto insurance policy.

Duck Creek Technologies partnered with ICEYE, a global provider of natural catastrophe solutions and insights. ICEYE uses reliable, timely and accessible earth observation data to manage national catastrophes. By welcoming ICEYE to its partner ecosystem, Duck Creek strengthens its commitment to partnering with industry-leading insurance solution providers. ICEYE owns and operates the world’s largest synthetic aperture radar satellite constellation, which unlocks actionable insights to solve significant global challenges, including mitigating the impact of flood and wildfire events.

ManyPets partnered with Vitesse to facilitate 100% of claims payouts processed through their automated claims system, “Millie”.  ManyPets has made significant strides to improve the claims journey for their pet parents. The percentage of U.K. claims processed by Millie has increased to more than 40% of all incoming claims. This is delivering a great customer experience with some customers seeing their claim submitted and settled within 24 hours.

MAPFRE Insurance selected One Inc’s ClaimsPay digital payment solution. The implementation will enhance the outbound claims payment process, providing new and improved options that allow for faster receipt of funds by MAPFRE’s customers. The selection of ClaimsPay is MAPFRE’s latest step forward in providing its policyholders optimal tools in the critical moments when a claim is initiated, adjusted and completed.
