Actress Kirstie Alley passed away in 2022, and her massive waterfront home in Clearwater was sold about a year later for $5.2 million. Now, a nearby and significantly smaller home of hers is available to rent.

Located 1104 N Osceola Ave., the rental was purchased by Alley’s trust in 2014 for $1.4 million. 

Built in 1948, it’s unclear if the “Cheers” actress ever stayed in the home, but the 1,174 pad has been completely remodeled, and now comes with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, as well as new flooring, updated lighting and more.

The home is now renting for $3,500, plus a security deposit, first and last month’s rent, administrative fees, and renters insurance, says the listing. 

Alley, who passed away at the age of 71 after a battle with stage four colon cancer, was known for a number of memorable roles, including the “Look Who’s Talking” film series, and stints as the spokesperson for Jenny Craig and Pier 1 Imports.
