SiriusPoint Ltd. Monday named former BMS Group Ltd. executive Christopher Larson global head of casualty.
The specialty insurer and reinsurer also named former Jeffries Group LLC executive David Godlis underwriting strategy and analytics lead, and former Hiscox Ltd. executive Ramiz Mohamed as global head of exposure management.
Mr. Larson, based in New York, was most recently a managing director and co-head of casualty for BMS Group. He reports to David Govrin, group president and chief underwriting officer, SiriusPoint said in a statement.
Mr. Godlis, based in New York, was most recently a member of the power and infrastructure investment banking team at Jeffries.
Mr. Mohamed, based in London, was most recently head of casualty exposure management for Hiscox. He will join SiriusPoint on April 15.
Mr. Godlis and Mr. Mohamed report to Anthony Shapella, deputy chief underwriting officer at SiriusPoint, the statement said.
