PCF Insurance Services, a top-20 U.S. insurance brokerage with operations in 40 states, said Monday it has acquired The Brady Agency of Sparta as part of a four-insurer transaction. Terms were not disclosed.
The Brady Agency, which serves North Carolina and Virginia, focuses on commercial and personal lines insurance. It will be merged with Insurance Associates of the Triad, based in Asheboro.
The other acquisitions are: Ignitist, based in Pennsylvania; Roseberry Insurance Agency, based in Mississippi, and The Sinnott Agency, based in Iowa.
PCF, based in Lehi, Utah, said its acquisition strategy involves targeting key markets “based on our analysis for growth potential and alignment with our current footprint — while ensuring that each new business that we integrate aligns with our long-term vision and enhances our capabilities and specialization in key industry verticals.”
