Jenkins VFW supports veteran, hosts fall event – Pine and Lakes Echo Journal


JENKINS — The Jenkins VFW was active in September, with programs supporting local veterans and a Fall Fun Day event.

The Fall Fun Day included a cornhole tournament and a pie-eating contest.

Paisley Woolliscroft, 8, won the pie-eating contest. Jacquie Sondag was responsible for making the pies.

Casey and Mer Wolkenhauer placed first place in the cornhole tournament. Stephanie Roberts and Paul Ford placed second and Roger Stillman with Mark Schultz took third.
