 has acquired Wolpert Insurance Agency, a Worcester, Massachusetts-based broker specializing in transportation coverage, the Iselin, New Jersey firm said. The deal closed October 1, 2025. Terms were not disclosed.

Founded in 1956, Wolpert serves businesses and families across Massachusetts and Rhode Island, with a niche in trucking, limousine, and bobtail insurance. Principals Mike Wolpert and Robert Mucci will continue with the firm.

The acquisition deepens World’s presence in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. World, a Top 50 brokerage, operates more than 250 offices across the U.S. and U.K.
