AAA Washington recently acquired Kenmore insurance company Michelman Insurance Agency.

The acquisition of the company, which has been serving Kenmore since 1997, is part of AAA Washington’s commitment to creating strong relationships with local agencies and caring for its clients, according to a release. AAA Washington has provided its insurance services to the Pacific Northwest for more than 120 years.

“Acquisitions like this allow us to deepen our roots in the community while providing smaller agencies with an opportunity to transition their business into capable, caring hands,” said Michael Riley, vice president of Sales at AAA Washington, in the release. “We’re thrilled to welcome the Michelman Insurance Agency and their legacy of service excellence into the AAA Washington family. During the transition, AAA Washington will integrate Michelman Insurance Agency’s operations and personnel into its current structure to maintain service for its clientele.
