How has your company adapted programs and services in response to challenges such as workforce shortages and staff burnout? We offer monetary incentives such as retention, referral and signing bonuses. An employer-sponsored employee assistance program that provides counseling for marital, parental or financial problems, and/or other necessary assistance.

What fun activities does your company offer employees to participate in? Office Olympics, walking challenges, virtual trivia, cookouts and ice cream socials. Team bowling and 5K races are also popular activities. Amica promotes group fitness activities, such as on-campus summer basketball tournaments and free outdoor group fitness classes.

What role does diversity, equity and inclusion play in your hiring and promotion decisions? We host diversity, equity and inclusion sessions via Handshake to attract potential candidates to work for us. We have a Peer-to-Peer 12-month mentorship program for employees who are part of underrepresented groups.
