AssuredPartners announced Monday it promoted Greg LaMair to executive vice president, head of mergers and acquisitions.
He most recently served as the Orlando, Florida-based brokerage’s executive vice president of retail M&A and prior to that as the president of AssuredPartners’ Great Plains region. Brady Gallagher, director of M&A, will fill the position vacated by Mr. LaMair.
In his new role, Mr. LaMair will oversee M&A teams across four divisions with the brokerage’s organization, guide the overall M&A strategy to identify and execute acquisitions.
On July 31, the brokerage reached a milestone 500th acquisition with the purchase of St. Petersburg, Florida-based Jack Rice Insurance LLC.
Mr. Lamair is based in Des Moines, Iowa.
