BKCW Insurance named as one of Best Places to Work in Insurance

BKCW Insurance was recently named in Business Insurance’s annual Best Places to Work in Insurance program.

The award recognizes employers for their outstanding performance in establishing workplaces where employees can thrive, enjoy their work, and help their companies grow. This is BKCW’s fifth time to be awarded this distinction since 2019, and their second year in a row.

“We are proud to be designated one of the top employers in the insurance industry for the fifth time, and we owe it to our tremendous employees who come in every day with great attitudes and maintain such an incredible culture,” said Tyler Spears, managing partner at BKCW Insurance, in a press release. “Our people are our most important asset, and we are grateful for them every day.”

BKCW is an independently owned risk management firm that was founded in 1952 with four locations in Austin, Temple, Killeen, and Brownwood. It provides risk consulting services, commercial insurance, employee benefits, and personal insurance to businesses and individuals.

Best Places to Work in Insurance is an annual sponsored content feature presented by the Custom Publishing unit of the Business Insurance and Best Companies Group that lists the agents, brokers, insurance companies, and other providers with the highest levels of employee engagement and satisfaction.

The ranking and profiles of the winning companies will be revealed in the November issue of Business Insurance and online at www.BusinessInsurance.com.
