The outlook for the insurance industry is dynamic. The future of our industry is a blend of anticipation and adaptation. There are several areas to consider for this ever-evolving sector. Digital transformation: The insurance industry is on the cusp of a digital revolution. Artificial Intelligence and machine learning providing predictive analytics. This will become more sophisticated, allowing for better risk assessment, tailored risk transfer vehicles, and faster claims processing. Blockchain: Enhanced transparency and security transactions through decentralized ledgers. Smart contracts could streamline policy administration and claims settlements. Customer-centric approach: Insurance continues shifting toward a more customer-centric model. We are seeing insurance programs more tailored to meet corporate needs and circumstances. Simplified processes, intuitive interface and more robust customer support to make interactions seamless and efficient.


I have a lot of goals, but the biggest is evangelizing the brand. We have a deep bench of talent and thought leadership at Symphony Risk Solutions. Ensuring that buyers and partners know the level of expertise and experience is important. We are spending a ton of time, money and energy to help a marketplace that has been grossly underserved.


Nationwide, costs of goods and services, inflation, taxes and much more are on the rise. Insurance expenses are no exception. Our model provides a creative and unique approach for buyers putting them in a position of more control and outcome.


I was blessed to have been hired by a local firm, NHP Partners, almost 30 years ago. I took the job thinking it would be a temporary stop and here I am 30 years later. The time and attention they gave me is a credit to the success that I have experienced throughout my entire career.


Stay the course. Working hard is fine, but working smart and listening are key. You can learn so much when you pay attention to what experienced professionals in every position are responding to and how they are responding. It takes time to get settled into things, but it’s well worth the effort.


I’ve always loved the thought of being a ski instructor. I have enjoyed the sport my entire life, and while my knees aren’t what they used to be, I still like trying to keep up with my kids on the slopes.


Psychology


The people. I look forward to getting to know my colleagues, participating in successes and failures together. It’s a dynamic group with a wealth of talent. There is a lot to learn, and the challenges are welcomed and appreciated.

Spending time with my family. Anything outdoors, including exercise, watersports, hiking, golf, fishing, hunting.


I watch a lot of sports documentaries. I love them all.


I love going to the gym with my wife and working out and then coming back home and cooking a meal together or going out to eat.
