- Cash settlement: If your home is a total loss after a covered event, you can choose to get a cash payout rather than rebuild.
- Extended replacement cost: Chubb will pay to have your home repaired or rebuilt to its original condition, even if the cost goes over your policy’s dwelling coverage limit.
- Risk consultation: A risk consultation expert will visit your home to help you optimize your coverage.
Chubb also offers flood insurance, covering up to $15 million in total property coverage for flood damage.

Chubb’s Masterpiece Renters Insurance program covers your belongings at replacement cost. This means that after a fire or other covered event, Chubb will replace your belongings for however much it costs to get new.
Renters insurance usually replaces your personal property at actual cash value, which means claim payouts include depreciation.
Chubb’s Masterpiece program also covers car rental insurance across the globe if your liability limit is $1 million or more.
