Responsibilities
– Manage client relationships and ensure that clients receive the best possible customer service
– Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide them with the best possible solutions
– Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the client’s business and industry
– Develop and maintain an understanding of the insurance market and the products and services available to clients
– Work with the Underwriting team to ensure that clients receive the best possible rates and coverage
– Ensure that all client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with insurance carriers and other partners
– Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling

Skills
– Strong customer service skills
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Strong problem-solving skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Proficient in Microsoft Office
