The Crookston Area Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors held two ambassador visits on Wednesday, March 15, 2023, at Synergy Nutrition Hub and Andrew KlammFarm Bureau Financial Services.
The first visit was with Renae Dahl at Synergy Nutrition Hub in downtown Crookston. Renae has renovated her shop on Robert Street, featuring an open floor plan, new paint, flooring, bar/seating area, and more! Be sure to check out the updated experience and refuel for the day with teas, shakes, and aloe.
Synergy Nutrition Hub first opened in Crookston in 2013 with Renae and her son, Dillon, and has been in several locations throughout town, being at the current location on Robert Street since 2017. Dillon has since opened a shop in the state of Maryland.
Synergy Nutrition Hub offers all Herbalife products with high protein shakes that run about 200-250 calories per shake. They also provide a variety of tea options and mixes that are great for energy without the crash that people experience when high-sugar energy drinks. The most popular shakes are the strawberry cheesecake, and oreo mud pie shakes. Not interested in cold shakes in the winter? No problem- Renae offers the shakes in both cold and hot forms to fit all of your needs.
Synergy Nutrition Hub is more than just a place to get shakes. A regular customer stated that “Synergy is a place where we come to socialize, but also have the opportunity to get healthy.” This same customer described how he has lost and maintained over 54 lbs since meeting Renae and coming to Synergy Nutrition Hub daily. He concluded by stating, “Synergy is a healthy place all around.” Owner Renae has also had success in her own personal wellness by losing over 100 lbs. with these healthy options.
As owners of the building, Synergy Nutrition Hub has and is also home to several businesses, with new companies to come in the future as well. From a boutique to Reiki energy treatments to a private therapy practice, Synergy Nutrition Hub is a must-stop for all your wellness needs.
You can follow Synergy Nutrition Hub on Facebook at.facebook.com/SynergyNutritionHub, or you can stop by Monday – Friday from 6:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

That is when he was approached with an opportunity to enter the world of insurance and was specifically drawn to the client-first business approach.
Working in Crookston, MN, Andrew is centrally located with his clients, offering a wide range of in-house insurance options and the ability to broker out other types of services.
