Hannibal, Mo. (KHQA) — Boat slip rentals are now open at the Hannibal Marina.

Rental costs range from $308 to $770, depending on the size of your boat.

You must also carry boat insurance.

The boat slips provide a convenient place to park your boat without having to launch it each time you go out.

The slips are also located right next to Hannibal’s down town, making for an easy walk to summer activities.

Slip rentals have become very popular since the marina was renovated.

“Yeah, every year we’re seeing more and more boats here, every year we make more improvements, last year we added a kayak launch, every year we see more people wanting to use the marina, it’s been very popular.” Stated Mary Lynne Richards with Hannibal parks and Rec.

Rentals are first come first serve, so if you have a specific slip you would like to rent, act fast.
