Michigan, US-based Highstreet Insurance Partners has strengthened its national foothold with the purchase of Winder Insurance Center for an undisclosed sum.
Highstreet’s acquisition of Georgia-headquartered Winder adds an office with focus on business and personal insurance offerings.
Winder also specialises in managing commercial real estate, professional and contractor risks.
Russ Shepley and Brett Gamblin will retain leadership of the Winder team from the Winder, Georgia, office and join Highstreet’s Southeast Region, which is led by regional president Alyssa Rockwell.
Rockwell said: “Winder’s expertise and ability to provide wholistic coverage to their clients will help support Highstreet’s strategy in the Georgia market and the entire Southeast Region. We are excited to have Winder join the Highstreet team.”
The latest deal follows Highstreet’s purchase of Collum Insurance Group in Richardson, Texas.
