Acquired firm offers both commercial and high-net-worth coverage

Hub International Limited (HUB), an international insurance brokerage and financial services firm, has announced its acquisition of the Florida-based insurer Sales Insurance Agency (Sale Insurance).
Following the acquisition, Sale Insurance president Robert Sale, Sale Insurance vice president Brittany Sale, and the entire Sale Insurance team will be joining Hub Florida.
“With HUB, we are excited to greatly expand our resources and services, while continuing to grow our business and to deliver even more value to our clients,” said Robert Sale.
While terms about the transaction have not been disclosed, consulting firm MarshBerry was revealed to have represented Sale Insurance. Following the deal, the acquired firm will be referred to as a Hub International company.
Sale Insurance is a boutique, family-owned and operated independent insurance agency. It provides commercial insurance for businesses as well as high net worth personal insurance for its private clients.
Hub International Limited is a full-service global insurance broker and financial services firm that provides risk management, insurance, employee benefits, retirement and wealth management products and services.
Hub has been continuing its growth through recent acquisitions of firms such as Onecap Services and SATS, LLC, Bolds Risk & Insurance Services, Zavitz Insurance and Wealth, and Morin Insurance Agency.
