Insurance invoice delay raises transparency concern | The Canberra Times

It took me 12 months – and repeated requests to my insurer, ASIC, AFCA, and the Insurance Council of Australia – before I finally received a detailed invoice for my car insurance. This is something that, under consumer law, I should have received within seven days. When I did receive it, I was left deeply concerned.
