ANN ARBOR — Kapnick Insurance has hired a new client executive in its business insurance division, specifically its transportation and towing practice group.
Andy Beamer joins Kapnick with more than 20 years of insurance industry experience, much of it focused on the risk management needs of towers, salvage yards, tire retreaders and others in the often hard-to-place, transportation-related industry, a news release said.
Beamer is licensed in both property and casualty and life and health insurance. He is based in Lexington, Kentucky.
“Andy’s addition to the Kapnick transportation team is an exciting development and a tremendous opportunity,” Keith Tubergen, vice president and leader of the transportation practice and small business insurance division at Kapnick, said in the release. “Not only are we adding his wonderful insights and experience to our team, but we’re also introducing a much-needed, new solution to the transportation leaders in Kentucky and surrounding states. A new carrier is now operating in this space and offering a better plan for better rates.”
