Liberty Mutual Insurance named New York-based Matthew Moore president of its Global Risk Solutions division, effective March 6, succeeding Neeti Bhalla Johnson, who is leaving the company to pursue new opportunities. Moore is currently president of underwriting for Global Risk Solutions.
