Specialist managing general agent (MGA), Kova Professions has entered into a multi-year capacity agreement with Hadron, the specialty insurance carrier.
For those who are not aware, Hadron is a specialty insurance carrier that provides capacity to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and lower middle-market insureds, across a wide range of monoline and packaged products.
In addition, the organisation is backed by high-quality capital partners to support the long-term stability and growth of its MGA customers.
Readers will recall, that in August, Hadron announced that its UK business, Folgate Insurance Company Limited, will be rebranded as Hadron UK Insurance Company Limited (Hadron UK), following the company’s entry into the UK market in February following its acquisition of Folgate.
Kate Albert, CEO of Kova, commented: “Our alignment with Hadron as Kova’s capacity provider is a strategic move that supports our long-term growth and commitment to the professional indemnity market.
“With this five-year capacity agreement, we’re positioned to build on the solid foundation from Accelerant and continue offering high-quality, reliable coverage to our clients.
“This transition marks a meaningful step forward, enabling us to continue delivering the stability and tailored support our brokers and insureds count on as we grow.”
