MoneyHero, in collaboration with bolttech, has launched a fully integrated car insurance purchasing feature on its platform in Hong Kong.
The new service allows customers to compare real-time quotes, customise coverage, and complete their car insurance purchases directly on the MoneyHero platform without being redirected to third-party sites.
MoneyHero expects the new feature to boost both customer acquisition and insurer sales, positioning itself as a key digital distribution partner in the region.
The company has seen rapid growth in its insurance segment, with revenue from the vertical increasing 54% year-over-year in the first nine months of 2024.Â
Car insurance is now expected to mirror the success of MoneyHero’s travel insurance product, which saw conversion rates double due to a similar end-to-end purchasing model.
MoneyHero CEO Rohith Murthy said the launch responds to growing demand for a seamless digital insurance experience and strengthens the company’s market presence.
