N.Y. governor takes aim at high car insurance costs

Gov. Kathy Hochul was on Long Island on Wednesday, taking aim at car insurance costs, fraud and staged accidents she says are to blame for high premium rates. CBS News New York’s Jennifer Bisram spoke with drivers and had tips on how to keep car insurance costs down.
