Nationwide’s Term Life website earned top honors for best customer experience from DALBAR for the fourth consecutive year and was one of only two companies to earn the DALBAR Communications Seal of Excellence designation.
The website ranked first overall in the first quarter of this year with an overall score of 82.04, which is up from 82.49 in 2023. The website ranked first in functionality and behavior centric categories to beat out 24 other competitors.
“We strive to deliver an extraordinary customer experience and we’re excited to earn DALBAR’s “excellent” designation for four years in a row,” said Holly Snyder, president of Nationwide’s Life Insurance business. “This shows our commitment to making life insurance more accessible and convenient for everyone.”
DALBAR cited two factors this year for Nationwide’s continued success: The introduction of multi-factor authentication when resetting passwords, resulting in reduced risk of unauthorized access and the implementation of account-related mobile messaging for payments and bill reminders.
The DALBAR Communications Seal is the recognition awarded to financial service communications that display excellence in meeting the needs of customers and provide a best-in-class customer experience.
