Insurance brokerage firm TrueNorth has received a series of national and regional accolades for industry leadership and workplace culture.
The Cedar Rapids-based company was ranked No. 47 on Dowling Hales’ Hales Report Top 100, which highlights leading firms in the property and casualty insurance sector. The ranking includes TrueNorth and its related organizations, including First MainStreet Insurance.
TrueNorth was also listed No. 46 on Business Insurance’s annual Top 100 Brokers of U.S. Business, which recognizes the nation’s largest insurance brokerages.
In addition, TrueNorth was recognized for the fourth consecutive year by workplace research firm Energage as a Top Workplace in the financial services industry. The distinction is based on employee feedback.
Regionally, Corridor Business Journal readers voted TrueNorth the Corridor’s Best Business Insurance provider and ranked the firm among the top three in Business Consulting Services.
