PARKERSBURG — Westbrook Health Services has received a donation of $5,500 from Waters Fanta Insurance Agency, which has been recognized by Westfield Insurance as a top-performing independent insurance agency for the seventh consecutive year,
The funds will go toward critical needs for Westbrook clients.
Waters Fanta is the only agency in West Virginia to achieve a Propel designation this year. According to a release from the agency, Propel agencies are among the company’s top performers, committed to customer satisfaction and superior industry performance.
“Our team at Waters Fanta Insurance Agency is always seeking opportunities to volunteer and support our community,” said Amy Fanta Caruthers, an agent at Waters Fanta. “Our continuous top-tier performance allows us to make an even greater positive impact on our community, including furthering the important programs provided by Westbrook Health Services.”
Each year, Westfield’s Propel agencies are invited to nominate a local nonprofit in their community to receive a donation. Donations are made to dozens of nonprofits in cities across Westfield’s national footprint as part of its Legacy of Caring program, which helps families or businesses stabilize or recover from disasters.
“We are grateful for the generous support to Westbrook Health Services,” said Chase Morano, marketing and communications manager at Westbrook. “The Legacy of Caring grant will have a direct impact on some of our most vulnerable clients, who need extra help. These funds will help those who cannot afford copays, medications, etc. We are happy those individuals will have access to this support.”
