Westchester, the wholesale excess and surplus lines business of Chubb Ltd., Wednesday named Nick Gatt head of its programs business, effective immediately.
He succeeds Franklin Sanders, who was appointed head of global underwriting for Chubb Group.
Mr. Gatt reports to Dave Lupica, division president of Westchester.
Shawn Parker was named chief operating officer of the programs business, succeeding Mr. Gatt. Mr. Parker previously was senior vice president of Westchester program services.
