Financial details of the deal were not revealed.
Based out of Santee, California, BCIS focuses on home, auto, contractor and business insurance.
The company serves both individuals and businesses.
World secured advice from Fortrust Diligence on the deal, with Giordano, Halleran & Ciesla offering legal advice.
BCIS received legal counsel from Fennemore.

This follows World’s acquisitions last month of United Counties Insurance Group and Sprague Israel Giles.
Based in Iselin, New Jersey, World was established in 2011 and has more than 250 offices across the US.
The company provides personal and commercial insurance, employee benefits, retirement planning, financial planning and human capital management solutions.
