UTICA — Susan Hook, of Ilion, has joined Scalzo, Zogby & Wittig, Inc. as a commercial lines account manager. She is a state-licensed agent for property, casualty, and life with more than 18 years experience in the insurance industry.
“Susan will be responsible for managing service and sales for our corporate, non-profit, and small business clients,” said President Gary Scalzo. “We are pleased to have Susan on board with our growing commercial lines insurance department. Our clients will benefit from her years of experience and local knowledge.”

When she’s not serving her business insurance customers at Scalzo, Zogby & Wittig, Hook enjoys watching hockey and football with her family, hiking and camping in the Adirondacks, and gardening.
