Cadence Insurance, Inc. acquired certain assets of Houston, Texas-based Warriner & Associates Insurance Services, Inc. and Warriner Solutions, LLC, effective December 1, 2022. Warriner & Associates has specialized in insurance coverage and consulting for the for-hire commercial trucking, transportation and logistics industry. Warriner & Associates serves fleet customers of varying sizes and has built specialty teams to address the unique needs of varying segments in the market.

Petsure partnered with Quotezone.co.uk to bring its pet insurance to one of the U.K.’s largest price comparison platforms. Launched in 2021, Petsure started out with the belief that all animals should be treated fairly and have access to affordable pet insurance.

Deland, Gibson Insurance Associates partnered with Assurex Global, effective December 15, 2022. Established in 1900, Deland, Gibson is a Massachusetts insurance agency that has thrived working as a trusted advisor for its client base. Through a handful of subtle name changes over the past century Deland, Gibson has maintained its identity as an insurance and risk manager.

Signal Restoration Services was named among the Top Workplaces 2022 by The Detroit Free Press. The Top Workplaces list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey. The confidential survey, administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC, uniquely measures 15 culture-drivers that are critical to the success of any organization, including alignment, execution and connection, just to name a few.

First Indemnity Insurance Group has secured further underwriting capacity with the addition of Knight Specialty Insurance Company, an AM Best Rated A- insurance carrier. Knight Specialty Insurance Company is a member of the Hankey Group. This is the fifth general agency contract First Indemnity has added since terminating its relationship with Skyward Specialty Insurance Group Inc., formally Houston International Insurance Group, in May 2020.

Alera Group acquired three agencies: Bernardini & Donovan Insurance Services, Reaume Insurance Solutions and Shea Insurance. Effective December 1, 2022, the addition of the new locations will bolster services and expertise across employee benefits solutions, health and medical insurance and property and casualty insurance.
