The U. S. Coast Guard Auxiliary’s Boating Skills and Seamanship course is a comprehensive boater certificate course designed for both the experienced and novice boater. The course provides up-to-date knowledge for handling boats under all conditions. Classes include:

- Boat handling
- Rules of the road,
- Navigation
- Required equipment
- Boating regulations
- Lines and knots
This NASBLA approved course is accepted by most states and boat insurance companies.
