
Enterprise Minister Tim Johnston says he hasn’t seen any complaints about cars only being insured for the UK for a set number of days.
In the House of Keys this week, he faced a question from Douglas Central MHK Chris Thomas about laws governing the maximum number of days vehicles can be covered off-Island.
Mr Johnston said individual insurers would each have their own rules about what was and wasn’t covered in their policies.
And he added there’d been no complaints to his department about insurers:
