Our office maintains a database of information about insurance agents, agencies and the companies licensed to do business in Washington state. You can find complaints made against your insurer, contact information for agents and companies, company financial information and orders for disciplinary actions we’ve taken against agents and companies.
View the rates your insurance company filed with our office
You can find company rate and form filings by searching the National Association of Insurance Commissioners’ (NAIC) System for Electronic Rate and Form Filings (SERFF). You can also sign up to get notifications when your health insurer files a rate increase request with our office.
Find out if there’s a lawsuit against your insurance company
