Marsh LLC named London-based Will Thomas-Ferrand as head of its captive insurance business, effective Jan. 1. He will succeed Ellen Charnley, president of Marsh Captive Solutions, who is retiring. Mr. Thomas-Ferrand is currently international practice leader, Marsh Captive Solutions.
